Winter Rates
End of second week of September to

Everything is included:
​24 Holiday Lane = $1,100/month for 3 or more months
​ $600/week except if week falls within a Holiday
​ $110/day - Sunday through Thursday
$140/day - Friday, Saturday or Holiday
​
28 Holiday Lane = $1,250/month for 3 or more months
$750/week except if week falls within a Holiday
$130/day - Sunday through Thrusday
$175/day - Friday, Saturday or Holidays

Rates are based on 2-4 people occupancy.
Reservations can be daily, week-to week,
​month-to-month or by contract period.
​$100/week or $25/day for extra overnight guests without prior approval.

Non-Refundable Deposit of $300 Required to Confirm Reservation.

2-Night Minimum

We are pet friendly but do require a Non-Refundable Pet Deposit of $50 per pet/week and pet(s) must be pre-approved.

Summer Rates
June to Mid-September

Everything is included:

Non-Refundable Deposit of $300 Required to
Confirm Reservation.

Includes use of kayak and canoe and a
tour of the lake in a party boat.

Rates are based on a family of 4.
​$100/week or $25/day for extra overnight guests without prior approval.
$50 per pet non-refundable deposit per week or prior arrangements made.

​Discount may be available for multiple weeks.
